Controversial former Indian politician Atiq Ahmed was shot and killed on Saturday evening as he was speaking to reporters.
Photographs have been fired and three males who had been posing as journalists have been then detained by police in northern India’s Uttar Pradesh state. The state authorities is investigating.
Ahmed, who was below police escort on the time, has had dozens of instances registered towards him over the previous twenty years, together with kidnapping, homicide and extortion.
