SANTA BARBARA, Calif. – A number of neighbors woke as much as houses with extreme injury because of the storm Tuesday morning.
Some neighbors have been unable to get to their houses close to the east facet of Santa Barbara.
Flooding close to Spring Road result in automobiles submerged into the water.
Neighbors say water has entered the storage and different areas of their houses.
